Jeff has specialized in the multifamily real estate sector for 28 years and joined Transwestern in 2006. Brokerage through exclusive representation has been his primary focus closing over 400 multifamily transactions for institutional clients, privately held companies and individuals. Jeff has experienced several cycles and handled REO’s assets in the late 1980s, 2003 and 2004. Additional focuses include student properties and infill redevelopment. Jeff’s expertise includes financial analysis, valuation underwriting, pricing of assets, market statistics and forecasting, and contract negotiations all leading to the goal of client satisfaction

Chris Stutzman
Chris has been involved in the multifamily real estate industry for over 13 years and has been involved exclusively in multifamily brokerage since entering the industry. Chris’s expertise falls in several aspects of the business including financial analysis, property underwriting and valuation, marketing campaign implementation, contract negotiations and escrow management.
